Ribbon wreath

I found this cute heart ribbon wreath tutorial at teach.craft.love. She used a wire form and had a hard time getting the ribbons to stay on and ended up adding felt to the back to get them to stick. I thought I would just use a cardboard cutout. I already have so many hearts around now I thought it would be a nice change to use a circle.

After I cut out my circle I then cut 2.5 to 3 inch pieces of ribbon. I used 5 different ribbons from Dollar Tree.

It took a while and I did burn my fingers a time or two (or ten) but it turned out really cute. I made sure to use my low temp hot glue gun to minimize my burns. LOL

I added red ribbon to hang it and that was it. It was time consuming but it’s really cute.

Have a great Monday!

  1. It looks quite cute! :) Looks like it took quite a while to make too with all those loops, hehe.
