We counter offered on the house and we are still waiting to hear back from the realtor. Hopefully we can get an agreement and be out from under the house within a month-they want to close April 12. :) Keep your fingers crossed.

Beautiful Day
Today has been such a beautiful day! I took the boys out for a walk around our neighborhood after lunch today. They rode their trikes while I tried to keep up with them. :) After that we played in the backyard for a while. We spent almost 2 hours outside before they were ready to come in. Here are some pics of them in the back yard.
