We got our first offer on the house today. I know it's only been on the market 4 days but it was on the market almost a year before with no offers so I am very excited! It's low and after all is said and done wouldn't even pay off the mortgage but we are counter offering and gonna see what happens. We know how far down we will go and since we currently have renters we are not desperate to sell at this moment. It would be great to get out from under it but if we can't get them to come up to a reasonable price then it just won't happen. If they paid full price they would be getting a steal because of the all the work and upgrades we have done to that house. We are losing big as it is. Oh well. Stupid, greedy bankers screwed us all. Let's pray this works or we get another offer really soon!
