Halloween candelabra

Ed and I finally got the garage cleaned up this weekend (mostly Ed) but we also worked on a couple of projects for Halloween! This is the candelabra project from Sandra at sawdustandpaperscraps. She has an excellent tutorial on how to do this. Here are some pics of our project along the way. I didn’t get pics of the lamps before Ed took them apart. We walked in the door from Goodwill and he was taking them apart within 3 minutes. I didn’t even think about pics until he had them in pieces. lol For this candelabra we used the chandelier from the breakfast area that we took down, 2 lamps from Goodwill, some chain we picked up at Lowe’s because I couldn’t find beads that were cost effective, PVC pipe, a threaded rod, nuts, primer and paint.

Ed and I both had a lot of fun doing this project and we are thrilled with the results. :)

I am sure you could see the other things I was painting in the garage. Yes, I do more than 1 project at a time. I will post more projects as I get them finished.

I know the first day of Fall isn’t officially for another 4 days but I am already ready to start putting up our Halloween decor! I put that out on October 1 and I can’t wait!

I hope everyone had a great weekend! Chris
