While I was painting Sunday I also painted the light fixture for our powder room. The fixture itself isn’t all that bad but it was silver and gold and just not my thing. I hit it with a coat of ORB and it is transformed!!!!

One more thing we got done over the weekend was getting that ugly chandelier down from the breakfast area. It was just gawdy and ugly. We (Ed) replaced it with a really nice fan. I know not everyone likes ceiling fans but I consider them a must. I can’t tolerate stagnate air having the fan on keeps the air moving. Just me.

I like ceiling fans for the same reason! I hate stagnant air! The fan is always on in my Master because I love a cool breeze. Saves a little on my huge electric bill! Your powder room is about as big as mine! The changes look great! (but I can't see the before photo) Thanks for stopping by my blog!
