Clean garage, new tables....

Ed and I spent a good part of Saturday cleaning the garage. I wish I had taken pics of it before we cleaned it but probably better off so there is no proof of what it looked like. lol It is now clean but still not very organized. Our goal was to clean and organize but we got side tracked with an awesome table plan from www.knock-offwood.com . It is a very cool site with some very nice furniture plans. Many of which we now plan to build. I finally know what style I want for our home. But I digress… So, we decided to build 2 of these really cute ladder tables for the boys room to use as bedside tables. The inspiration for this plan came from PB kids and I just love it but can’t afford to pay their price, plus there is not one anywhere near us. Here are some pics I took along the way.

The tables are built and primed and tomorrow I will put the first and possibly second coats of red paint on them. It is going to take a few coats to get it just right. I will be using the sprayer you see behind the tables in the pictures below. Red is a tricky color so wish me luck!!!
