Today’s painting

I decided to do some painting today while awaiting the arrival of my Cricut. I started out painting the wall in the loft area upstairs.

While I was painting I was thinking about Edward putting up crown molding this weekend. I had wanted to get the walls painted before he put it up but I don’t have time to get all of them done because I have not done all the trim yet. I decided to paint the walls where I have done the trim, the wall where the kids bathroom door is and the wall in the loft, which I had already done. And because I don’t want to mess up his nice crown molding by getting wall paint on it I painted up at the ceiling where he is going to be working. How helpful am I???

Looking at the last picture you can see what we are living with. We have white trim and doors. We have stained trim and doors. And now we have 2 tone walls. Oh and don’t you just love that light fixture on the ceiling??? We call those boob lights and they are all over the house. I can’t stand them. The plan is to replace the boob lights with recessed lighting. CAN’T WAIT.

Off to play with my Cricut some more.
