We have finally begun putting up the crown molding in our house. Thursday I painted it in our dining room as it is still too cold in the garage for painting. I used Valspar High gloss enamel in white.
It was dry and ready to be put up Saturday. Edward got an Easycoper for Christmas and he is thrilled with the way it came out using it.
It was still a bit cold to be outside, don’t let that sunshine you see in the picture fool you. We were freezing our butts off thanks to the wind!
Here is the crown molding in the powder room, hall bath and upstairs hall before he calked it and filled the holes.
And here is Edward calking the hall bath.
We bought a builders bundle of crown molding so when we ran out we stopped. Next time we will pick up a few bundle, not just 1.
I didn’t get pictures of the molding going up but we still have 95% of the house to do so I will get some later. I may even do a tutorial on that Easycoper thing he has.
Tomorrow I will show you how I made a piece of art for Edward's office that I just LOVE!!!
Happy hump day y’all!!!
Your going to love all the crown moulding! It adds so much to a room.
