I knew my Valentine’s Day gift was due to arrive today and to pass the time I started painting the wall in the loft as soon as Edward Jr. got on the bus to go to school. Edward Sr. called me a little after 1 pm to see how I liked it. I had no idea it had even arrived! The UPS man DID NOT RING THE BELL!!! What is that dude thinking? I mean the box says CRICUT on it!!!
Plus there was a second package that has the boys birthday presents in it (Leapster Explorer game systems with games for each) and he left them both just sitting on my front porch! Ugh. This has become a problem with UPS, why stop ringing the bell? When my boys were babies and I didn’t want you to ring the stupid bell you ALWAYS did, now that I want you to you won’t.
ANYWAY….
I got my Cricut out and played with it after I finished up my painting of course. It came with 2 cartridges so I have used both of them. Marisa used it to make something for her boyfriend (of course) and wants to use it more but I said “no”. It is my TOY after all!
I have not really MADE anything yet but I have plans to use it to make stencils and all kinds of fun stuff. I will post as soon as I get something done.
